Irrigation is the artificial supply of water for agriculture purposes. We can be done the irrigation through both automatic and manual methods. But, manual methods require some time, energy, and labor than automated methods. It also causes over or under irrigation which reduces plant growth. Wayamba University Horticulture Plant House also practiced manual methods for irrigation. So, as a solution for this problem, we have designed to make a sensor-based smart irrigation system for Horticulture Plant House.
